Dr. Diane Ford, President

 

Dr. Ford has been providing quality, personalized care for all of your dermatologic needs for 30+ years. Dr. Ford is board certified by the American Academy of Dermatology and currently gives public lectures on the topic of dermatologic health. She is a graduate of Bennett College and Wake Forrest University School of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Before going into practice, Dr. Ford completed a residency in Dermatology at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

 

Dr. Ford enjoys helping patients achieve the healthy beautiful skin they have always wished for, and she is excited about the opportunity to help you.

Dr. Sophia Reid

 

Dr. Sophia Reid is a Board Certified Dermatologist specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology as well as various surgical procedures with emphasis on aesthetically appealing results. Her clinical interests include diagnosis and treatment of ethnic skin as well as alopecia and cutaneous oncology.

 

She is well versed in multiple avenues of skin rejuvenation and aesthetics including the use of fillers, neurotoxins, platelet-rich plasma, medical grade chemical peels on all skin types, various body contouring technologies, and laser procedures.

 

Dr. Reid grew up in the Washington DC area and completed her undergraduate training at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received her B.S. in Kinesiological Science. She then went on to complete her medical school training at Georgetown University School of Medicine and medical internship year with the University of California Irvine. She completed her dermatology residency at Albert Einstein's program in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Reid is happy to be joining Dr. Diane Ford's excellent team of medical providers. 

Jeffrey Lee, PA-C


Jeff is a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a deep passion for dermatology and skin care. His personal experience with dermatologic conditions has fueled his commitment to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, evidence-based care.


Jeff trained and practiced at Johns Hopkins Suburban Hospital as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant, where he gained extensive experience managing complex medical conditions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. His background in acute care medicine has honed his clinical acumen, diagnostic skills, and ability to provide comprehensive patient care. Beyond his clinical practice, Jeff has contributed to the field of dermatology through published research, including his work on autoimmune retinopathy and its association with melanoma and other malignancies.


Jeff graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. He went on to earn his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Health Sciences at the University of Maryland Baltimore Graduate School. He is thrilled to be a part of Dr. Diane Ford’s esteemed team and looks forward to providing high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care to the community.

Priscille Kabongo, PA-C

 

Priscille Kabongo, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with a strong clinical foundation and a deep passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered dermatologic care. She is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their skin by delivering thoughtful, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
 

Priscille's interest in dermatology was shaped by personal experience, hands-on work as a dermatology medical assistant, and clinical training at the Duke University Physician Assistant Program, where she earned her Master of Health Sciences. Her experience includes working alongside renowned board-certified dermatologists, assisting in both medical and cosmetic procedures, counseling patients on skincare and acne management, and supporting early detection of skin cancer.
 

Her approach emphasizes education, prevention, and individualized care. Priscille believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their skin health and partners closely with everyone to create treatment plans that are tailored, effective, and sustainable. She is committed to continuous learning, delivering compassionate care, and fostering a welcoming environment for patients of all backgrounds—with a strong focus on expanding access to care.
 

Outside the clinic, Priscille enjoys reading, traveling, fitness, and spending quality time with her family.
